About Us
Memory Lane Pet Farewells is an Adelaide based, locally owned and operated company that provides peaceful, at home, euthanasia for pets. We endeavour to support families through the process, from decision making to aftercare. Our veterinarian, Dr Margie, is passionate about providing a dignified goodbye for your pet.
We operate weekends (Friday to Sunday) and Public holidays. We are by appointment only. Please reach out to us by our contact form below.
Our Services
We offer weekend same day service, please tick the ‘same day service request’ checkbox on your contact form. Please note while we try to fulfil these requests, it is dependent on availability.
A peaceful goodbye at home. This service includes a sedation to ensure a gentle transition.
We offer Aftercare Services for your pet, with Cremation and Burial options.
